Easy Merchandise Return / Exchanges
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are NOT eligible for a refund under any circumstances. There's a No restocking fees if you had pay for shipping. 15% restocking fees will apply if you got free shipping.
Exchanges and Returns take about 15 days to process and the items you want may sell out. Instead of exchanging an item we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, before it sells out. Our inventory are first come first serve bases. and returning your unused / unworn items for a refund.
Carefully package the unworn / unused items to be returned and enclose instructions (including a copy of your packing slip or invoice) indicating if you want a refund or an exchange.
If you need to exchange for a different size, just send it back with your order # and indicate which size you would like and we will ship that out at no additional charge. This only apply to UPS Ground service for Continential U.S only and you had paid for shipping on your original order.
Halloween Return / Exchange Policy deadline is by October 20th. Christmas lingerie and costume return dealine is by December 15th. Valintine's lingerie and costume dealine is by February 5th. You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 15 days of receiving items - with a copy of your invoice - for a full merchandise refund or exchange. On shoes and other items can be return within 30 days of your invoice date. Buyer are respossible for all shipping cost. Original shoes box can not be tape or write on, $5 damage packaging may apply.
Sale items - No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be notified of next sale, join our e-mail list at the bottom of the page.
Exchange Instructions
If you want to exchange, be sure to indicate which size you would like. We do not exchange for a different item or style. Please process a new order and return any unworn / unused merchandise for a full refund. Buyer are respossible for all shipping cost.
Refund take about 10 business days to process. Allow an additional 7 - 10 Business days to receive your exchange and for return credits to show up on your credit card statement.

Can I return personalized items?
Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) personalized costume made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Do you charge restocking fees?
